Screening Requirements for Shortlisted Candidates

All shortlisted applicants are required to appear for the screening exercise with the following original documents:

• Two (2) recent passport photographs

• Certificate of State and L.G.A of Origin

• Birth Certificate or Age Declaration

• Educational Certificates

• Valid means of identification (NIN, Voter’s Card, International Passport, or Driver’s License)

• Attestation Form duly signed

• Parental Consent Form

Failure to present any of the required documents may lead to automatic disqualification.
